📦 PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS & SHIPPING INFO
What You Receive: 1 x Premium Live Sweet Sapphire Seedless Grape Bare-Root Sapling.

Shipping Condition: Shipped DORMANT with NO LEAVES and NO SOIL.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: It is 100% NORMAL for the roots and vine to look completely dry, brown, or "dead" upon arrival. This is the optimal, safest state for bare-root vines to travel without shock. They will wake up, break dormancy, and flush with lush green foliage shortly after planting in the spring!

🌱 COMPREHENSIVE PLANTING & CARE GUIDE
To ensure your new grape vine thrives and has the highest survival rate, please follow these crucial initial care steps:

1. Pre-Planting Root Rehydration (Crucial First Step!)
Immediately upon unboxing, submerge the bare roots in a bucket of ambient-temperature water for 2 to 4 hours. This rehydrates the root system, plumps up the vine, and gently wakes the plant up from its traveling sleep. Do not soak for more than 6 hours.

2. Sunlight Requirements ☀️
Full Sun is Mandatory: Plant your vine in a location that receives at least 6 to 8+ hours of direct sunlight daily.

Grapes need maximum solar energy to develop their signature high sugar content and to prevent fungal issues on the leaves.

3. Initial Watering Strategy 💧
Day 1: Water deeply immediately after planting to settle the soil around the bare roots and eliminate any hidden air pockets.

Early Weeks (Establishment Phase): Keep the soil consistently moist but never soggy or waterlogged. Water thoroughly 2–3 times a week depending on your climate. Do not let the root zone dry out completely during its first month in the ground.

Once Established: Reduce watering frequency; grapes prefer deep, infrequent watering to encourage deep root growth.

4. Temperature & Hardiness 🌡️
USDA Hardiness Zones: Highly adaptable to Zones 5–9.

It easily thrives in hot summer temperatures and is incredibly cold-hardy, safely handling freezing winter drops when dormant.

5. Soil Preferences 🪵
Requires excellent, sharp drainage. Grapes love loose, gravelly, sandy, or loamy soil with a pH of 5.5–6.5.

Avoid heavy clay or low-lying areas where water pools. If your soil drains poorly, plant the vine in a raised bed or a large container with adequate drainage holes to prevent root rot. Provide a sturdy trellis, fence, or arbor for the vine to climb.

Grow something beautiful in your garden.

Carefully grown and selected for healthy roots, strong growth, and beautiful garden results.
Planting Tip
Plant your sapling in well-draining soil, water thoroughly after planting, and keep the root zone lightly moist while it establishes.
